Key holder service

Are you the designated key holder for a public building in County Durham?  If so, do you dread being called out in the middle of the night, or are you concerned about your personal safety or that of your staff?

Our key holder service provides a trouble free solution 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year.  Should your alarm be activated or the Police called because of a problem we will:

  • attend the site and visually inspect the premises externally to ascertain if an intruder is present
  • contact the police or gain entry to building
  • contact the intruder alarm company
  • reset the alarm or wait for an alarm engineer
  • re-secure the building
