We provide an invaluable service level agreement offering a full suite of courses tailored around staff roles and modules of Schools Information Management System (SIMS) and Financial Management System (FMS).
Having this level of support and the vast array of training on offer will aid the secure management of students, staff and contact data.
We offer outstanding levels of customer care and are a Capita SIMS Accredited Support Team, having held this accreditation for a number of years.
Office 365
Our Office 365 training allows your staff to get the most from OneDrive and Outlook to manage and share data.
We also cover SharePoint, OneNote Class Notebook and Teams.
The Durham Learning Cloud SharePoint site is now available and is being continuously developed to provide help and support for our Office 365 users, this includes training guides, videos and useful news.
We can provide training for Google apps for education which can be used as online tools for teachers to help simplify and streamline the distribution of marking classwork.
Training focus groups
Our established focus groups for Office 365 and Google provide an opportunity for users to get together, share their experiences and explore the various uses the applications have in a school environment. We use this feedback to shape the training and development we offer.
