We have designed a training programme covering a range of key HR topics, which are specifically aimed at headteachers, business managers and senior leaders who have responsibility for managing employees.
All the courses included in the programme have been designed to ensure that you have the knowledge to manage situations in line with legislation and school policy. They also aim to equip you with the skills to deal with the challenging issues that sometimes develop when managing employees.
