We are inviting you to tour our warehouse and explore our resources for free on Thursday 12 October 2023 at Sevenhills, Spennymoor, DL16 6JB.
Durham Learning Resources are an educational loans service for schools and academies providing a range of books and resources to help bring to life a creative and engaging curriculum and help foster a love of reading. We offer topics boxes full of books, artefacts, objects and handy teachers notes, as well as reading for pleasure collections, accelerated readers, class sets, group readers and access to Fiction Express. We also have a wonderful collection of art, costumes, taxidermy, costume dolls and artefacts. All resources are delivered free to your school as and when required.
In addition to the above we can also provide a book buying and library advice service and access to discounted courses. Working in partnership with CAD2CODE, we facilitate the loan of a small number of 3D printers and a Crumbles kit which schools can access for a period of 2 weeks to 1 month. The free drop-in sessions are 10.00am-12.00pm and 1.00pm-3.00pm on Thursday 12 October 2023.
