Durham Music Service, lead partner of Durham and Darlington Music Education Hub, provide musical opportunities for pupils throughout County Durham and Darlington supported by Department of Education funding from Arts Council England.
We are one of the biggest music education hubs in the country providing high quality and inclusive musical opportunities for 18,000 pupils a week in over 300 schools. We run many fully subsidised music groups including a range of orchestras, choirs, wind and brass bands as well as percussion, strings and starter groups.
