Our current SLAs are based around three options:
- Option 1 – Standard SLA – Expert advice and guidance alongside access to our compliantly procured contracts and frameworks
- Option 2 – Advance/Bespoke SLA – A lighter touch model giving you access to advice and guidance and with a more flexible aspect to the frameworks/contracts you require
- Option 3 – Comprehensive – Providing a complete procurement service – will benefit the times you need multiple tenders as well as access to advice and compliantly procured frameworks/contracts
Option 1 – Standard SLA
Our standard model SLA allows you to navigate procurement processes with ease!
It ensures you receive not only expert advice and guidance but with the potential to make direct awards, call-offs or award via mini-competition to our current contract/framework suppliers for goods, services and/or works; reducing your administrative footprint allowing you to focus exclusively on organisational matters.
Included in the Standard SLA:
- Advice and guidance / procurement helpline
- Access to procurement catalogue
- Access to DCC frameworks
- Contract developments
- Potential access to social value opportunities
Chargeable aspects of the Standard SLA:
- Larger bespoke procurements
- Procurement Category Specialist support (hourly/daily rate)
- Benchmarking and contract analysis
- Training
Option 2 – Advance/Bespoke SLA
A lighter touch model giving you access to advice and guidance and with a more flexible aspect to the frameworks/contracts you require; especially value for money when not undertaking regular procurement activity
Included in the Advance SLA:
- Advice and guidance (signposting/initial discussion)
- Access to procurement catalogue
- Limited access to DCC frameworks
- Potential access to social value opportunities
Chargeable aspects of the Advance SLA based on a menu of charges:
- Full access to DCC frameworks
- Additional advice and guidance
- Contract developments and bespoke advice
- All bespoke procurements
- Procurement Category Specialist support – hourly or daily rate
- Contract benchmarking and contract performance analysis
- Training
Option 3 – Comprehensive
Providing a complete procurement service – this SLA provides your organisation with the complete procurement package; it will benefit the times you need multiple tenders as well as access to advice and compliantly procured frameworks/contracts
Included in the Advance SLA:
- Advice and guidance / procurement helpline
- Access to procurement catalogue
- Access to DCC frameworks
- Contract developments
- Planned bespoke procurements
- Access to a Procurement Category Specialist (three days)
- Benchmarking and contract analysis (three days)
- Potential access to social value opportunities
