This contract is delivered with partners at Eastern Shires Procurement Organisation (ESPO) and covers a range of light kitchen equipment.
The framework covers the following products:
- bakeware items such as cooling racks, muffin trays, loaf tins, baking sheets, steaming tins and spring form tins
- crockery including full Steelite and Churchill ranges
- cutlery in a large variety of sizes and styles
- polycarbonate plates, cutlery, cups, bowls and jugs
- table service products including baskets, deli bowls, heated serving dishes, table cloths, mats and table top items
- glassware items such as bowls, wine glasses, measuring jugs and tumblers
- catering thermometers and probes
- catering trolleys including lunch box trolleys, clearing trolleys and menu boards
- large range of kitchen utensils including scales
- kitchen knives, cooks’ knives and specialist knives
- cookware items such as stainless steel or aluminium pans, boiling pots, and steamers
- food storage items such as air-tight food containers
- oven to tableware items such as ceramic gastronomes, white porcelain and cast-iron cookware
