Display energy certificate

Diagram of energy levels with a world globeA Display Energy Certificate (DEC) and advisory report are required for buildings with a total useful floor area over 250m2 that are occupied in whole or part by public authorities and frequently visited by the public.

This contract is available to schools, academies and other public organisations.

Our contract

The contract provides a compliant solution which can be accessed by schools, academies and other public bodies in County Durham. Access to this contract is available to customers with our energy management and carbon reduction service level agreement.
