Are you concerned for the safety and welfare of your staff?
Do your staff work alone in potentially challenging situations?
If the answer to either is yes, then you should consider our Lone Worker service.
Our service is designed to work on your mobile phone to offer safety for people who are working alone in an isolated location or constantly on the move. This can include home visits and working in potentially hazardous environments.
Providing regular check-up calls and easy duress activation, the Lone Worker monitoring service aims to quickly identify workers who may need assistance.
We have a dedicated Control Centre with staff who monitor the system and escalate any potential incidents to our contracted security company to provide a rapid response within 30 minutes of an alert.
How does it work?
When the Lone Worker commences work for the day, all they need to do is dial into the system via their mobile phone and enter their unique PIN number.
Once in the system, they are then prompted with easy step-by-step instructions. The worker is then able to record a message in the system, notifying of whom they are visiting, the location and how long the visit will last.
At this point, the worker can also select when they would like their check calls throughout the day.
