Global recognition for our energy team

We have received global recognition for our ‘pioneering energy efficiency techniques’.

The Energy Agency from southeast Sweden visited several Durham County Council buildings after being made aware of the ‘trailblazing’ work being carried out.  We use energy management software to monitor online usage of utilities like water, electricity and gas.  This process allows us to easily identify waste and save thousands of pounds on energy bills.

The visit was arranged through the European Unions Interreg Europe LOCARBO project.  LOCARBO aims to improve the energy efficiency of organsations across Europe by sharing best practice and experience.

If you’d like to find out more about how we can help you reduce your carbon foot print and save money on bills please contact our energy team.
