DCC’s Construction Consultancy Services are currently providing technical advice to three primary schools and nurseries in their DFE submissions for up to £150k grant funding each to increase their nursery place provision. The services being provided are project management, architectural design and quantity surveying cost advice. The completion of the feasibility work will strengthen the respective bids. If successful, there is the potential for Construction Services to submit tenders to undertake the physical works.
