Peterlee Leisure Centre has now fully reopened following the refurbishment and alterations we have undertaken. The revamped centre includes a new unisex changing village, incorporation of the library into the leisure facility, replacement of roof coverings and removal of asbestos.

The works contract delivered across an 8-month period and the building works were project-managed by our in-house team. In addition, we were able to provide valuable construction industry experience to local young people by working with East Durham College’s Engage Programme.
