As part of Durham County Councils ‘Inspired Space Project’ The Meadowfield Depot has been subject to recent renovations, Phase 1 of the project was completed Nov 2021
Once Phase 1 was complete our mechanical team were then on site to commence Phase’s 2 & 3.
Our construction team have been busy on site stripping out offices, improvements included the creation of modern tea points/facilities area for staff use which were previously old copier rooms and the décor has almost concluded, carpets are in and the final fixes and finishing touches are underway.
