Construction Services are working on a phased refurbishment project to create an improved and energy-efficient office environment.

The whole project, to be completed by Spring 2021, includes replacing timber windows, soffits, and facias with new UPVC double glazed windows, electrical and mechanical works, flooring, decoration, and the installation of a new passenger lift.

Large modern office space is being created with separate seating areas, lockers, cloakroom, and fitted kitchen areas. New meeting rooms are also being created, equipped with an electronic room booking system.

Demolition/strip out works have commenced on phase 4 of the project which is due to complete in December 2020, the external landscaping to the quadrangle is now completed.
