Construction Services are currently on site at Aykley Heads, Plot C with the 1^st phase (structure) now completed to plan, Steelworks are in place and work running on schedule as per the programme.

Interesting Facts;

• The building will be used as Office Accommodation
• It is the first development under construction on the new Aykley Heads site
• Spread over 3600m Squared
• Project Value circa £10,000,000
• Plot C’s steel frame weighs in at 229 metric tonnes which is enough to make 10,409 supermarket trollies!!!

Externally, our team are currently installing the glazed units to the curtain walling and fitting top hats to the karrier panels in preparation to fit the Corten cladding panels. Internally we are progressing well with the internal walls and plastering has already commenced.

We have a highly skilled team of council staff on site working tirelessly to ensure the project is delivered on time, to a high standard.
