We recently finished on site at Wheatley Hill doctor’s surgery. This impressive project comprised of the refurbishment of the existing building, which was formerly used as a doctor’s surgery, to create five self-contained apartments – each apartment contains its own kitchen/living area, separate bedroom and en-suite with shower. A full range of works were commissioned ranging from demolition, internal refurbishment, drainage works, mechanical and electrical, roofing and external improvements. Careful consideration was taken to reduce disruption to nearby residents as the building is in a residential area. The project was completed to a high standard and within the required timescales.
